Within 14 days of a payment, yes — request it through Paddle, our payment reseller (see the Refund Policy). After 14 days payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires. Free has no time limit, so try everything there first. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep your plan until the period you paid for ends.
Paddle, our merchant of record. They take the payment, add the right sales tax or VAT for your country and send the receipt. We never see your card.
Mentor includes the coach on demand with a fair-use cap. Pro includes 100 messages a month and Free 5, so you can try it.
